Questions

Common questions about legal documentation

Does a will need to be registered?

Registration of a will is optional in India but advisable — it adds authenticity and reduces the risk of challenge. We can draft and assist with registration.

What is the difference between a sale deed and an agreement to sell?

An agreement to sell records the intention and terms of a future transfer; the sale deed actually transfers ownership. Both must be carefully drafted to protect you.
